Oh boy where do we begin... We had such a tough time finding a responsive property manager when we were searching for a rental property in the Augusta/Grovetown area. The whole experience was smooth. Anne Marie stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and provided me with prompt answers to all of my questions. Anne Marie was my realtor as both a seller and buyer. Through out both processes she provided excellent service and was super responsive to any questions or requests I had. When I was searching for a home she willingly drove across almost every county in the CSRA to assist me in finding the exact home I wanted. Unlike other realtors I have used in the past, Anne Marie was at the properties, with the doors unlocked, before I arrived and was well informed about the home. If I there were any questions about the home she did not have the answer to she would make sure to have me an answer before the end of the day. Most answers came within the hour. As for selling the home, she did miss the mark. I say this tongue in cheek because she estimated it would take about two weeks for my home to sell, when in fact it took less than two hours once the home was officially listed for me to receive an above market full asking price. All around, whether buying or selling, Anne Marie is a 5 star realtor and I HIGHLY recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers.

There are already a lot of good reviews about Anne Marie McGinnis. We read them, and if anything, they don’t give her enough credit, likely because they haven’t given her as much trouble as we have. Take it from a home buyer who kept calling after the transaction was closed; the personal touch and helpful personality Anne Marie shows time after time has made our home buying process smooth before, during, and after closing. We just had an emergency plumbing problem on a weekend that caused some damage to our new home just a few weeks after closing. Having no other local contacts, we called Anne Marie, and she was able to help us find the emergency home services we needed. Really, we have been remiss in not writing a review sooner (due to moving) but we think our review is a bit better now that it includes this story. Anne Marie has helped us beyond any obligation she had as a real estate agent, and we’ll keep her contact close at hand.
